You don’t charge anything until closing?
No, all of our retainer fees are deferred until after closing.
How long does it usually take?
It takes 2-3 weeks to get you “ready” with the clear pitch, the decks in perfect order, a clean data room, what we call an “investment overview thesis” document that we like our companies to send post call. From there, it usually takes 100 days to close capital.
How much time does a founder have to commit?
Once we launch, 30 minutes or less per week excluding investor phone calls. We’re here top to bottom, start finish.
How much does it cost?
Each raise is different and we quote you a total retainer fee deferred until closing once we’ve accepted your application, for example one of our clients recently closed a round with our help for $5m and our total fees were $350,000.

In tandem, we issue another 500 follow-up emails, summing up to a total of 1,000 emails every week. Manually reaching out to this volume of highly relevant global investors would be an insurmountable task. But our software doesn’t just handle the sheer quantity—it ensures quality. We don’t base our outreach on mere statements. We act on genuine investment data, bridging the gap between what investors claim and the commitments they actualize.

How do I get started?
Apply here from there we will review and let you know whether you’re a fit for what we do, we only take 6-7 companies per year and we’re very selective because we actually invest $18-22,000 per raise in software and assistants so we’re very picky about who we take on.

We will send you a draft contract to review, from there if you believe it’s a fit on your end, we will send you two relevant referrals to speak to.
